About CJC-1295 (no DAC)
CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified tetradecapeptide analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH 1-29). Unlike the DAC variant which extends half-life to several days, CJC-1295 no DAC preserves the natural pulsatile pattern of GH secretion, producing a sharp GH pulse within 30 minutes that mirrors endogenous GHRH activity. This pulsatile profile makes it the preferred compound for research protocols investigating the natural GH axis, somatotroph sensitivity, and the physiology of GH pulsatility. Researchers frequently combine CJC-1295 (no DAC) with selective GHRPs such as Ipamorelin to study synergistic amplification of GH pulses without the cortisol and prolactin spillover associated with older GHRPs. In pre-clinical studies, the compound has been investigated in age-related GH decline models, body composition research, and tissue repair studies where physiological GH pulsatility is a key experimental variable. Synthesised to ≥99% HPLC purity with ESI-MS verification.
Usage Guidelines
✓ Suitable For
- Ideal for studying natural pulsatile GH secretion patterns
- Frequently used alongside Ipamorelin in synergistic GHRH/GHRP research
- Well suited to age-related GH decline and body composition models
- Preferred over DAC variants when discrete GH pulse events are required
✗ Not Recommended For
- Not for use without qualified research supervision
- Avoid freezing reconstituted solution — store at 2–8°C after preparation
- Not intended for human therapeutic use outside approved clinical settings
- Not recommended for individuals with active pituitary disorders in research models
